Introduction

Dante's Models is committed to providing modeling and dance services to our clients, including photography, pose training, dance classes, and other activities. This policy outlines guidelines for the use of client images, as well as revenue-sharing agreements for content created during their participation in Dante's Models.

Use of Images

Photography Sessions: Clients may be photographed during modeling sessions, dance classes, workshops, events, or other activities organized by Dante's Models. These images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes related to the agency's activities.
Pose Training and Dance Instruction: Clients may be filmed or photographed while learning to pose, dance, and perform in front of the camera. These images may be used for educational and promotional purposes to enhance the skills and confidence of the clients.
Marketing and Promotion: Dante's Models reserves the right to use client images for promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and other marketing channels. Clients may be featured in agency showcases, competitions, or collaborations to showcase their talents.

Revenue Sharing

Clients agree that if they use the content created during their participation in Dante's Models for personal financial gain, they are required to share 75% of the earnings generated from such content with the agency.
Clients are exempt from the 75% revenue sharing agreement if they properly tag, mention, or credit Dante's Models in all instances where the content is used for commercial purposes. Failure to tag or mention the agency will result in the client being required to pay 75% of the earnings generated from the content.

Acknowledgment of Policy

By enrolling in Dante's Models' modeling and dance services, clients acknowledge and agree to the image use and revenue sharing policy outlined above. Clients are encouraged to review and fully understand this policy before participating in agency activities.
