When should I take my maternity photos?
The sweet spot is between 28 and 34 weeks — your bump is beautifully round and you are still comfortable moving between poses and locations. If you are expecting twins or measuring ahead, aim for 24 to 30 weeks. We recommend booking during your second trimester to lock in your preferred date.
Can my partner and kids be in the photos?
Please bring them! Partners and children are included in every package at no extra charge. Some of our favorite images are the whole family wrapped around the bump — this is their story too.
What should I wear for my maternity photoshoot?
Fitted or flowing dresses that celebrate your shape photograph beautifully — soft neutrals, earth tones, or a statement gown for golden hour. Do you shoot maternity sessions in a studio or outdoors?
Both. Golden-hour outdoor sessions in NYC parks are our signature look, and studio sessions are available year-round for a clean, timeless style — or when the weather does not cooperate. If it rains on your outdoor date, we reschedule at no charge.
When will I receive my maternity photos?
A sneak peek of edited images arrives within a few days so you can share the news, and your complete edited gallery is delivered within 2 weeks.
Do you also photograph newborns?
Yes — many maternity clients return for a relaxed at-home newborn session in the first weeks, and again for cake-smash photos at the first birthday. Ask about reserving your newborn session when you book your maternity shoot and we will hold priority scheduling for your due-date window.
