By accessing and using dantet9.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

2. Services

Dante's Models provides professional photography services and model management in New York City. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit to confirm your session date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the session.
  • Full payment is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept PayPal and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

  • All photographs taken by Dante's Models remain the intellectual property of Dante's Models.
  • Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered images for personal and portfolio use.
  • Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately.
  • Credit to Dante's Models / @Dantet9 is appreciated but not required for personal use.

5. Model Representation

  • Models who apply through our "Become a Model" page are not guaranteed representation.
  • Accepted models agree to allow Dante's Models to use their portfolio images for marketing purposes.
  • Models may request removal of their images by contacting us in writing.

6. User Content

  • By submitting photos, applications, or other content through our forms, you confirm you have the right to share that content.
  • We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Digital Products

  • Digital products (guides, presets, etc.) are non-refundable after delivery/download.
  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Website Use

  • You may not use this Website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dante's Models is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
