Dante's Models provides professional modeling and dance development services, including photography sessions, pose coaching, dance instruction and related activities. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us, for example when you apply, book or contact us:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, location.
- Model application details: age or date of birth, height and measurements, hair and eye color, Instagram handle, a short bio, and the photos you upload.
- Booking and purchase details. Payments are handled by PayPal; we do not see or store your card number.
- Messages you send us.
- Photos and video from sessions, classes and events.
Information collected automatically when you use the Website: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data, through the cookies and services described below.
How We Use It
- To answer you, review applications, and plan and deliver sessions.
- To put roster models forward to brands, producers or casting directors. We only share your details with a brand for a specific opportunity, and we tell you before we do.
- To deliver private client galleries.
- To keep the Website secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
Photos & Video From Sessions
How we use photos from a session depends on the agreement for that session:
- TFP collaborations are covered by the Photo Consent & Release the model signs before the shoot.
- Paid sessions are covered by our Terms of Use and the booking agreed with the client.
We do not use the photos you upload with an application for marketing without your permission. If you have a concern about a particular image, email us and we will look at it.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use a small number of cookies and third-party services:
- Essential cookies keep the Website working, for example your session and access to a private client gallery.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Website. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google AdSense shows ads on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

- with a brand, producer or casting director when we put you forward for a specific opportunity, after telling you; or
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
Minors
- The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
- Applicants aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's permission to apply. For any shoot, a parent or guardian must sign and attend.
- We do not sell the personal information of anyone under 18, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Keeping & Deleting Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing castings@dantet9.com. Deleting your application does not undo a Photo Consent & Release you have already signed.
